This week's issue of Famitsu magazine has revealed that Kagura Mikazuchi, Sherria Blendy, Rogue Cheney, Sting Eucliffe, and Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki, will join the upcoming Fairy Tail game as playable characters. (Thanks, Ryokutya2089)
Famitsu magazine also detailed some new battle mechanics:
- Unison Raid: A two-character combination magic attack.
- Awakening: A massive power-up for a limited period.
- Mode Change: A strengthened state that can be used by some characters.
- Super Magic: Makarov will support you with his Super Magic. This ability has a chance to happen when using continued magic cooperation.
Fairy Tail is set to release for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2020.
